Bakery
Chef Roberto Mozo has been creating the
scruptous desserts that you taste in our
Café for just over 10 years. His
passion for creating fresh and inventive
desserts has helped our customers discover
that Lisa’s Bon Appetit is more than
just Chinese Chicken Salad.
In the little
bakery that sits just to the left of the
main kitchen you will find Roberto or Susanne
mixing real butter, vanilla, milk, cocoa
and powdered sugar which will soon be the
finishing touch on a decadent 3 layered
chocolate birthday cake. A cake which was
custom ordered by a customer who had a taste
of one at a corporate luncheon.

Our cakes are typically 3
layers and filled with the freshest ingredients
all the way down to the real raspberries
or strawberries.
